Sam came out to our house to do analysis on our foundation and helped put our minds at ease following a substantial estimate from a local basement company who was offering solutions that we were unsure were necessary for our situation.

Before you perform any foundation repair, it's always valuable to get a second opinion from a structural engineer, like Sam, who isn't selling the solution.
